When trying to use a wireless tv box the tv displays a channel number but the only thing on the screen a white dots. My tv that is connected by coaxial cable receives tv signal with no problem

@user_t9y90t I'm sorry to hear you're having a connection issues with your wireless box. I have two, and I love them for their size and no coax cord. Lets work together to resolve this. Have you had the opportunity to reset that box and check the connections to ensure everything is finger tight and secure on the box and your TV?

Our wireless boxes are connected to the internet, can you reset both the wireless box and your modem for us?
