X1 4K TVBox Not Working
After over a year of no issues, the 4K X1 box stopped working out of nowhere about 8 days ago. It just keeps cycling through the welcome screen and then flashes black 3 times and then does it again.
I have spoken with customer service and they couldn’t figure it out. I asked to have another box sent but the lady kept wanting me to set an appointment. When I finally relented; the appointment was canceled by Xfinity the day before. Frustrating, to say the least.
Has anyone had this happen to them? If so, how was it reconciled?
Please assist. This has been a nightmare

Which 4K box do you have - wired XG1v4 DVR or wireless Xi6? If you have a store nearby, you may be able to swap an Xi6. They seem to rarely have the XG1v4 in stock at stores

@Xfinity Support I am at 10 days without my XG1v4 working. Is it possible to be sent a replacement please? I have been unable to receive any help from customer support or in store

Hi user _ Bryan Just a suggestion make sure that your cable boxes are plug into the
wall socket because I had that same problem a few years ago and customer service
Had helped me but didn't fix my issue until I had to check all the connection.
I forgot to check the wall socket, and my plug was halfway out and once I pushed
it in everything worked. I am not an employee just a customer. Good luck.
