x1 box audio fluctuating

i am having a problem with my x1 box the volum goes up and down on its own

user_au7kp9 Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the TV box. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already? I'd recommend power cycling the box, or running the diagnostics through the Xfinity app/website to remotely check and send needed signals.
