X1 Stuck at Blank Screen

At least once a day my X1 will be stuck on bank screen. The only way to fix it is to power cycle it. I think I need it replaced.

No worries @user_4e6pho! Just to confirm, are you seeing any error messages or error codes when this happens, or does it stay on a blank screen without any prompt?

 

Since this is happening consistently, it does sound like the box may need to be replaced. Our team can assist with shipping a replacement, though there may be a shipping fee. Alternatively, you can bring the box to a local Xfinity Store and swap it out the same day.
