Xfinity box clock

My Xfinity box clock is too dim to read. Setting is three of three.

user_brgroi Howdy. Unfortunately, we only have the 3 device brightness levels. 3 is traditionally the highest brightness. Very sorry that this level is not bright enough, rest assured, we absolutely appreciate the feedback.

I too just received a new box and the clock can’t be seen at level 3.  Is there a fix for this?

The 3rd level of brightness is the highest available on the boxes. There is not a repair for that. We can share that feedback on the brightness from here.
