Xfinity remote power button gets out of sync with TV and sound bar
I have my Xfinity remote set to power both the TV and sound bar. Most of the time it works fine, turning them both on or off together. But sometime it gets out-of-sync, where the power button turns the TV on and the sound bar off, next press does just the opposite. How can I get this button back in sync so both devices power on or off together?

Hey there user_5xsp0i 👋 I have a similar sound bar setup in my home, and I've definitely been in that same spot before, so I understand how annoying it can be when it happens! I appreciate you being an active member of our community with your post, and am happy to help 🙌
As long as your TV and sound bar are still responding to the power button on your remote itself, but just out of sync that's a good place to start. For situations like this, I would recommend pressing the power button on your remote to ensure the TV is on. If the TV is on and the sound bar is off, from there you should be able to turn the sound bar on manually from the power button located on itself. Once you've manually turned the sound bar on, and it's working in conjunction with the TV again, I would then attempt to power both units off with the remote, then on. Doing that will usually get things back on track 👍
It may not hurt to re-pair the remote control with your TV and sound bar's power function either just to ensure there's no degradation in the initial pairing.
