XFINITY X1 and entering 3rd party apps (MAX, Paramount, Prime, Hulu, Disney+)

When is Comcast going to fix the problems we have with using 3rd party apps with the X1 box. Each one mentioned in the subject line will pause during a movie or TV show. Sometimes using Max or Paramount it is useless even trying to watch a whole movie or show because they stop, the circle starts in the center of the screen and a few seconds later the movie or show starts back up. We have the newest Samsung Smart TV and the Highest internet speed with Xfinity. It happens with all the apps so the problem is with Xfinity providing service to these streaming services using the X1 box. Please fix. Paramount is the worse of all of the streaming services.

tacamo01 Have you tried any troubleshooting through our Xfinity app? It's a great resource to have as you can also reset your box if needed. If the issue still persists, then we can look into shipping one out, or you can replace it at your local Xfinity store.
