XG1 Box Replacement
I would like to swap my XG1 for the most updated replacement box available. Can you look at the model XG1 I currently have and advise if you have a replacement box that is more updated? I want to be on the most updated box available because my current XG1 is sluggish. It has been slow from the first day I got it (I think it has a slow processor) but is worse now. Do you have a faster box available that has better performance for streaming apps relative to the very specific model I have now? I'd prefer not to travel to a store without confirming first that there is an updated box available.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" If necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".
Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
