XR15 Remote 15 second rewind stopped working

Hi all,

A long time ago I reprogrammed my remote for the page down and up buttons to be, I think, 15 seconds instead of 5 minutes. Randomly today they reverted to 5 minutes and the previous fix of "exit-exit-exit 0030" no longer works. Anybody know how else to change it? This is a personal disaster to me lol

Greetings, user_lyll3x! Thanks for posting on our XFINITY Community forum with your remote control concerns. If you try using the voice command button to say rewind 15 seconds, does that feature still work for you? Have you also recently replaced your cable box?

@XfinityNatalie I had not recently replaced anything. Same box and remote I've had. Didn't try the voice command because that would be annoying to have to do every time. But anyway, it started working again the next day somehow. Randomly stopped working then randomly started working again lol. Thanks for the response!
