xr15 remote is inferior product to xr11

The design of  the XR15 remote is terrible.  My wife and I have arthritis and you cannot use this remote.  The buttons are so hard to use. Are there still some xr11 remotes still available. Plus it has no back replay button

user_idac9x, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I am a fan of the XR11 as well and agree with you. To answer your question, yes, you can get the XR11 at any Xfinity Store free of charge. If we ship them to you, it will be the XR15.

The stores around me say they don’t have the xr11 any longer.

user_idac9x If they are saying that the xr11 is no longer being used, then there is no other way to obtain that remote unfortunately. Did they offer any other remotes that would help you?
