All of a sudden this is showing up on our Primary X1 DVR box. Xfinity was down in our area this morning and seems to be back up and running except for this one box. When it's connected and shows this error, the other boxes in my house work fine. Need help fixing this!

I've tried power cycling the box, doesn't work. I'm able to navigate to one channel, but when I try to change it to another that is when I get the error referenced. Xfinity was in my area doing an upgrade which I believe has caused this issue. I have a neighbor who is also having issues since yesterday. I really need help with this. I've had way too many problems with Xfinity in the last month and this forum has been very helpful with assistance from Xfinity employees.

Hey there, lauren1018! Thanks for reaching out to us on our XFINITY Community forum. We may need to check a few more things here through the backend to find out why the last box hasn't came back on as the others have.
Please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.
To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
