XRE-03121/03062

Constant issue of codes XRE-03121/03062.  This has been going on for 3 weeks (actually longer). Tired of the app telling me to unplug my box and check my cables in a constant loop. Sometimes it fixes it, sometimes it doesn’t, but I guarantee I’ll have the same issue again tomorrow. XFINITY I’m tired and on the verge of canceling my service.

It happens on multiple channels. I get it once I turn the box on. Now it is a constant XRE-03062 when it is turned on. After I do the restart unplugging/plugging in again it’ll work and then while we are watching we’ll get XRE-03121 a couple of times then the XRE-03062 will come back.

Thanks for clarifying,  Are you using a wireless cable box or do you have a X1 plug in cable box?

I have the thin X1 box. A technician came by today and said that it was a common issue he saw with the thin X1 box. He gave me a large X1 box and no issues at all.
