Access Denied
I'm trying to set up a new third-party modem but I when attempting to log into the app, I get the following response:

You don't have permissions to access "http://login.xfinity.com/login" on this server.

Based on the reddit post here (https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/comments/e1pz01/access_denied_to_all_xfinitycom_sites/), it appears maybe related to what IP I'm connecting from? But I turned off my phone's VPN, I allowed third-party cookies in the login browser of the app, I tried connecting via my phone's data, I've tried connecting via wi-fi from the old modem, I've tried restarting the modem and I've tried restarting my phone. None have changed the error message
