Access not Authorized You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this servic.

This malfunfion has been happening for over 10yrs and has not been resolved by this company.

I am a new customer and I work from home the available Customer Sevice Resources that Xfinity provide to resolve issues is sickening and i am in serious regret for signing up for this service

It is the Christmas holiday week and I have to work and not having my internet set up being unable to properly sign into my account puts my new job and new home at risk.

The Xfinity website is not working properly

and is unreliable = because of this and the company does not care to resolve this issue going on 10yrs make your personal information vunerable to hackers, puts applicants and users personal information at risk.

I set my service up on the xfinity website 3days ago submited my card information adderess and all, I have been trying for 3 days to log into my account and keep getting recycled to sign in over and over again. Then when the malfuncrionality of this website does recognizes my account o get a buffering page that blinks with some sort of error message that I cannot see because of the non stop blinking.

What the [Edited: Profanity] is going on here why is this issue still happening after millions customers have posted the exact same issue all over

Chat; unreliable = unresolved

No Customer support number provided to assist = unresolved

Do i need to contact the Better Business Bureau to get help with this situation pr what this is ridiculious

Can some one get back to me to get this issue resolved. I have to work TOMORROW and this is is unexceptable

user_pm0rmz Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. This is definitely not the experience we want for our valued customers just setting up services. It has been a few days, were you able to get your services activated?
