Active time control won’t work

Xfinity app’s parental time limit doesn’t work. Disappointed and will return the router. Anyone has a solution for this problem? Maybe Bark Home ?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the parental time limits on the Xfinity app, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Are you unable to set time limits for the user profiles on your account, or is the app not following the time limits you put in place?
