App auto logs me off
When I click on the app the login screen pops up even though I haven’t logged off. I get out of the app, close it all together, and go back in and all of a sudden I’m logged back in.

Have you already attempted trying to login via the desktop site/portal, uninstalling and reinstalling the app completely, clearing cache and cookies, and rebooting the device itself?
