App Does Not Show Gateway to Setup Port Forwarding

Based on the information available from Xfinity, I can only setup port forwarding on my gateway through the Xfinity App.  My issue is that I have two gateways, only one which I need to setup port forwarding, but that gateway does not appear on my Xfinity App.  How can I switch the gateway that appears on my App?
