App has not worked for over 2 months

I keep getting the “something went wrong” and unexpected error has occurred please try again message on my xfinity app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app MULTIPLE TIMES and still receive the same message every time. Restarted my phone also and that didn’t change anything.
