App malfunctioning!!!!

NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO my rewards portion of the xfinity APP that's MALFUNCTIONING!!! PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS PROBLEM!!!!

You mentioned rewards, which has been rebranded to Xfinity membership, but are you getting a specific error?

Regarding Membership Benefits:  when I go to access them, this is the error within the app.  It's been malfunctioning like this for months now.

Do you also receive an error when visiting the webpage: Xfinity Membership? Try clearing cache and cookies before attempting.
