App update

my iPhone updated the XFINITY app this morning and I’m seeing something called Dark Watch. What is that? I long ago canceled the Xfinity Home to save money and I have no idea what all these new features are. I only check my outdoor cameras to see activity and indoor cameras when I want to see what furniture my cat has been climbing on. Do the Home, Away and Dark Watch relate to customers who subscribe to XFINITY Home? I have sengled WiFi bulbs in my family room and an outlet controller but it seems I lost use of those when we canceled. I see a + at the top of a screen to add equipment and don’t see my older equipment any longer. My house is full of window/door sensors and motion sensors. Are those useless at this point too or do we have to subscribe to Xfinity Home again to have full use of items we purchased in the past?
