Nothing is showing up on app. No devises or even the router. and it says that my bill is overdue even though I just paid it?

user_dsativ Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. There was a reported issue with the app and website that was causing some trouble to a lot of customers. Our teams are still working on fully correcting the issues, but some folks have had functionality restored already. Please let us know if you are still having trouble accessing your account through the app.
