Apps

Billing never seems to be available. It continuously redirects me to the chat on the web. 

I have two separate Xfinity accounts for my two homes. The old app let me switch between accounts when I logged in. How does this work in the new app?

Hello, and thank you for reaching out. To confirm, have any changes been made to your account since the new app was released? Were both accounts linked prior to the update?
