Audacy is missing

I was trying to access the Auducy App today as I do often and it has disappeared. Did Xfinity stop offering it?

Hello @gladaran, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you are having issues accessing the Auducy app. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your end?

I called Xfinity support and they walked me through some troubleshooting steps. The agent finally told me to call Vizio, that it was the problem with the Vizio TV. I told him I had two different TVs that weren't Vizios. The agents response was so off the wall that I just ended the call. I saw that I was just wasting my time with that agent.

Thank you for letting us know! I checked on my own X1 cable box, but unfortunately, I was not able to see Auducy in the Apps section anywhere. This would tell me we are no longer offering that app via X1, but you may be able to find it via your smart TV App Store, or offered via Mobile Applications.

Thanks to you both,  XfinityAldonso and user_qnt0pv for your response. That first Official Xfinity Employee (XfinityMarshante) that responded to my question is typical of the response I usually get from Xfinity.
