“Bill is Past Due” app glitch

My Xfinity app will not stop displaying “your bill is past due” on the overview panel. I’m up to date on payment and most features of the app are inaccessible at the moment.

My account is still experiencing this billing hold. I spent Is there anyway to fix this?


The automated billing line provided by a technical support agent was not helpful in resolving this.

Hi user_izk4wy, thank you for reaching out to our Forum for help with your app issues. I manage the bills in my house too, so I would be annoyed seeing that past due message. Let's work together on this. Before we review your account, let's get on the same page. Have you tried testing your app on a different device, or deleting/reinstalling the app? I do see that you sent a DM, and we can go there when the time comes. As a friendly reminder for next time, please hold off on sending a DM until being requested by an official employee.
