Call Guard won't go away
Hi. Everytime I log into the Xfinity app it asks me to finish setting up Xfinity call guard. I click finish, states it's finished, yet still there. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared the cache, and tried it on my tablet to no resolution. Any ideas? It's the Android version if that helps and I do have Xfinity mobile premium unlimited. Thanks.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
