Cannot access devices via xFi app

Trying to unpause a device, but there is no longer an option to view my devices in the app.

Hi there, Userkylee! Thanks for reaching out about the devices showing in the Xfinity app. I love the pausing feature and use it myself! Let's get this figured out! Are you seeing any devices listed in the app or just the one on question is missing? Are you signing in with the Primary User ID on the account?
