Cannot Access Port Forwarding

Hello. I've attempted to set up port forwarding online on my Xfinity NOW Gateway router and it would not let me change the settings in the browser, instead redirecting me to the app. The port forwarding setting in the app is not accessible. I can reach the advanced settings page that has the port forwarding option, but the port forwarding setting button does nothing when I click it. I have already tried calling support and using the AI assistant to help, it just sends me to the app homepage when I click the port forwarding link it sends me. I have tried restarting my router and restarting the app. I need assistance accessing port forwarding.

user_1ajv38, Thanks so much for reaching out to Xfinity Support. NOW internet is not an Xfinity service; it is a different product. To troubleshoot, you will need to contact NOW support. https://www.xfinity.com/now/internet.

I have the same problem. have you found a solution? Please help! The Xfinity app does not allow me to view/change the port forwarding tab. Xfinity chat does not help at all.

I gave up after I got the employee response above, sorry. Since there's multiple port forwarding settings visible on the online app settings, I thought it would be reasonable to assume it was an available function. I'd honestly advise just switching providers. Xfinity support has not had one single answer for me every time I have encountered an issue with or question about the service I am paying them for. Thank you for the reminder to look into other providers.
