Cannot activate XFinity Pods
Just received my xFi pods today. Neither of them are able to be activated - when using the XFinity mobile app on my iPhone 12 (ios 15), I’ll tap “Plugged in, ready to go!” And after attempting to connect for 10 seconds, it jumps to a screen that reads “Let’s try that again”.
I’m not getting ANY troubleshooting tips or info from this horrendous app. I’ve checked for updates on my phone, and have also restarted my phone.
