@fry_f Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for making a post so we can guide you through the port forwarding process. Due to safety precautions, we are not permitted to set up port forwarding on a customer's behalf, but you can view our support page here. What kind of modem are you working with? Did you purchase it from a third party retailer or are you renting an Xfinity gateway?

Thanks for the response :)

Im using an xfinity wireless gateway that they gave me when i signed up. I forgot to say this in my original post, but the port is set to "unassociated device".

Thank you for letting us know! When trying to delete the port forward, what specifically happens? Does it move through the delete screens and prompts, but then remain there? Can you make a new port forward for that same computer, then reassing the port?

Thank you for the information @fry_f. Have you contacted the customer security team at the https://spa.xfinity.com/ site to see if there is an issue with those ports?
