Cannot Log Into Xfinity App on Iphone

Hi, I have seen numerous people with this same issue but no solution posted. I have downloaded the new Xfinity app on my iPhone 12, I hit Sign In, hit continue to Xfinity.com to sign in, enter my Xfinity ID, enter my password, and enter my verification code. Then it loops back to the sign in screen. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded several times. When I choose the Create a new Xfinity ID, i get an error stating "Safari cannont open the page because of too many redirects occurred". I have tried over wifi and LTE with the same results. This seems to be an issue with Safari; I have toggled all the different settings with no luck.

This is incredibly frustrating as the Xfinity site is going away next month. Does anyone have a workaround for this? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out for help with you Xfinity App @jshrumhtx. I would be reaching out if I had any issues too. Personally I love my iPhone but not really a big fan of Safari, so I use Chrome pretty much always.  I know we are talking about your app but want to see if you have you tried to log in on Chrome or another web browser to your Xfinity account.

Yes, I am able to log in on the web using Chrome, but have the same issue on the web using Safari on my Macbook.

Glad you are able to still gain access while using Chrome. This issue is one that we are aware of since the most recent update from Apple.  With that being said, we are waiting for Apple to provide the patch that fixes the current issue that people seem to be having since the recent update.  I would like to provide you with this link that talks more about it.
