Cannot Login to Xfinity App

As soon as I enter my username to login to the Xfinity app, I get this error every time:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://login.xfinity.com/login" on this server.

Thanks for reaching out to us, I do apologize for any inconvenience. Are you still having issues accessing the Xfinity app?  Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app or clear any caches and cookies on your device?

Same problem for me, Feb 16, 2026, at 7:45pm. Using Safari, fully updated.
