Cannot reset my Xfinity app [Edited]

(sigh) Even your app drives me to the verge of violence. Unable to change my sexy username because it's grayed out, issue with picture upload too,but I will not loose sleep over this. My problem is, and it wouldn't even be a problem if I didn't have to call you so much over outages, but it seems that after multiple conversations you guys cannot reset my xfinity app which permanently thinks I'm offline, preventing me from utilizing the app services. I've deleted /re-installed, used a diferent phone, and already reset my modem on a regular basis anyway. Every agent I talk to claims, "no problem" and after 30 minutes on the phone I'm told to give it 24hours. I'm starting to just accept this as my fate
