Cannot use the Xfinity app to log in, but can use firefox browser window to log into my account on the same phone

I cannot use the xfinity app on my Iphone SE 3rd Gen phone.  It is a two line phone, one esim ATT line and one sim card for an Xfinity mobile line.

When i try to log in using the xfinity app I get the following message:

Hey there, @user_8a394e, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your account. We would be happy to help you with troubleshooting the Xfinity app. Since you're able to sign in through a browser on the same phone, the issue appears to be with the Xfinity app rather than your account credentials.

Try updating or reinstalling the app, clearing Safari history and website data, disabling any VPN or Private Relay, and testing on both WiFi and cellular data. Since you're using dual SIMs, it may also help to temporarily disable one line at a time and test again.

Does the error occur on both WiFi and cellular, or only on one connection type?

Seems to occur on all.

When I open app, fill in my user name and click continue it immediately goes to the error message listed above.

Not even to allow me to enter password.

I did call into Tech support, worked with someone, he could not help and was going to refer to a level 2 support request.

Never heard anything back

Okay thanks for letting us know! Did deleting the app and redownloading it also prompt no change?

yes deleted app re-downloaded no change.

Even deleted stored password, and user name then entered it in fresh.

No change.

user_8a394e - Thank you for trying those troubleshooting steps. If you haven't already, could you also try temporarily disabling one line at a time and then testing the service again? This can help isolate the issue and determine whether a specific line may be contributing to the problem. Please let us know the results, and we'll be happy to continue working with you to get this resolved.

I tried turning off both the Xfinity line and the ATT line no change in reaction of the app.
