Cannot view active time report

I use this to monitor what my children are watching and what apps are being used and now I cannot see any of it. It worked up until 2 weeks ago I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, I have cleared the cache, reset my router, nothing seems to fix it I need this function working again please.

user_qts482 I also have children and use this feature so I get how important it is and would be reaching out too. Thanks for letting us know what you have already done on your end. For the Active Time Details supported applications list, Comcast has engaged a third-party vendor who maintains a database that maps websites and applications to a category classification. Content mapping is updated regularly by the vendor to help make sure a comprehensive list is maintained. "Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:


 • Click "Sign In" if necessary


 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging


 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon


 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line


 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window


 • Press Enter to send it
