Multi billion dollar company and your app is still abhorrent like it’s just atrocious FIX YOUR APP I CANT EVEN PAY MY BILL

Oh, no! This would be frustrating for me as well, @user_sehgjq. We would suggest making sure your Xfinity app has all its updates. Or you can delete it and reinstall it. Have you tried to log into the website: www.xfinity.com to make your payment? You can also make your payment through the IVR by calling 1-800-266-2278.

Are you only having issues making a payment through the Xfinity App? Have you tried the Xfinity Website? Also, what device are you using to attempt to make that payment?
