Can’t log in

I am having a hard time logging into my Xfinity account. On the app it says I don’t have authorized access to look at my account and the website just keeps showing a loading screen with a pop up saying that there has been a problem. I don’t know how to fix this and it has been doing this for three hours now.

Welcome to the Xfinity Forum and thank you for posting your question here. I believe the reason you are having difficulty getting access to your Xfinity account online is that I am unable to find an account tied to the log in you used here in the Xfinity Forum. This means that a login was never created for the account or you may be using the incorrect login credentials for your Xfinity account (different email and password). If you have never registered or logged in before to your account online then you will need to follow the directions for creating your Xfinity ID (found here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/create-xfinity-username). If you do not remember your original Xfinity account login credentials you will need to find or change your Xfinity ID (that information can be found here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-change-your-username).

I have been using this email and password for a while now and it let me log in before. It says I have an account but just logs me back out. And says I don’t have authorized access on the app but will let me log in using this email and password

I tried calling and they sent me to the automated help, which didn’t help my situation. And I tried to schedule a call and it says they were having trouble scheduling my call, and I didn’t get a chance to even pick a time or date to get a call.
