You are posting your message to the wrong forum. This forum is to report issues against the Xfinity App (the customer, sales, billing, device support).
Then there is a forum for the Xfinity Streaming app (programming, etc)
You mention the Amazon app. You seem to being having problems with you internet connection. And to watch TNF you need a paid subscription through Prime not Xfinity.
