Change billing date

I have gone to where i can change my billin date and it keeps comin up with "something went wrong please reload the page" and i have and it keeps sayin the same thing

Hello @user_i0r6dm, I appreciate you trying those self-service options first, that's exactly how I like to handle most of my account needs also. The option to change your billing date is pretty clutch, and can be super helpful to help line up your finances, so I'm sorry you're getting that error. The following need to be met in order to be eligible to update your billing date: completed at least one billing cycle, your bill can't be past due, and it needs to be 6-mo since your last billing date change.
