Coding error
Rewards page click on a Rewards to claim that item I receive the response
A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields'). I have been told xfinity needs to do something with my account. Been trying to claim a Beatle juice movie and a movie rental. Have have seen the beetle juice movie is no longer available. Maybe you can fix both problems. Thank you

This has been reported to them dozens of times in the past few days, and it's happened in the past as well. If we're lucky maybe they'll fix it sometime before the heat death of the Universe.

I can understand how frustrating it is to repeatedly encounter that rendering error when trying to claim your Xfinity Rewards, especially when one of the rewards you wanted is no longer available. Are you receiving the same error with every reward you try to claim?
