Connect phone to xfinity mobile hotspot

Cannot connect to Xfinity hotspot. Worked for years until last week. Asks me to sign in to my account. When I do I get a message that says hotspot derive is not available for my internet tier. I have the highest tier available. Has worked fine for years until last week

@user_ji1sbj I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with connecting to your Hotspots.

Are you having this issue with your home hotspot or out of your home hotspots?

I can connect to my home WiFi just fine. It’s when I try and connect to an xfinity hotspot somewhere else. I’m asked to sign into my xfinity account and then I get a message that I can’t connect because of my internet tier but I’m on the highest tier you have 2 gig
