Connected Devices Not Appearing
So I have 2 different Xbox Ones connected to my home wifi, and one of them appears on my Xfi connected Devices. However, the second is nowhere to be seen. It is indeed connected to the internet, and can use it no problem. But it just does not show on the Connected Devices. This means that I cannot pause the device if I needed to. It is quite infuriating.
I have restarted the modem, forgot the network on the affected xbox and reconnected, everything I know how to do to try and get it to appear. It is not appearing.
Can SOMEONE help me get this xbox to appear?

Hi @Felicia.Diehl1965 , thanks for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. Welcome to the community! I am sorry to hear you have had troubles locating the second Xbox on the app. I had a few devices that I had to search for as well (till I could rename them on the app).
I recommend double checking a few basics. First, devices connected to the public Xfinity WiFi hotspot, xfinitywifi, will not appear in your devices list on the Connect tab. Hotspots are separate from your personal home network. Please make sure you have signed into this Xbox using your personal network name and password.
Note: If you're using an additional third-party WiFi router/extender alongside your xFi Gateway, devices that connect through that router/extender may not appear and be controlled in xFi.
Next, try to identify your device based on the manufacturer name, which displays in the technical details:
• Go to the Connect section of the Xfinity app.
• Select a device in the list, and then select Device Details to see the manufacturer.
• If the device is connected to your home network, there should be a green dot indicating that it's online, which helps identify what device it is.
If you still can't identify your device, you'll need to access the hostname or MAC address in your device's settings. If the default name displayed is a long string of numbers and letters, it's likely the MAC address.
Xbox One
• From the home menu, go to Settings.
• Select Network.
• Find the MAC address within Advanced Settings.
Please let us know if you are still having troubles finding the device. Our team is happy to help anytime!
