Device Says Paused, but it’s Not
My PC is reflecting a “device is paused” notice when I try to access the internet, but Xfinityfi does not reflect any devices paused.
I restarted my PC 5x, Unplugged the Xfinity router from the back & the wall multiple times, restarted it thru the app & the button on the back, did “forget device” 3x thru xfinity & “forget network” 3x thru my PC, and I’ve cleared all my history on my PC.
All other threads of this problem Xfinity seems to not be able to help is any capacity. I need a solution, and I need it ASAP.
