Good evening @user_yr033p. Can you provide some more details on your issue?

Yes when i press the gear icon at my the top right hand corner it will usually bring you to a page where you can schedule a downtime for a certain time but instead of doing that it shows a loading page that never loads i’ve tried literally everything to try to fix this but nothing works.

I’m trying to schedule a downtime between 12:30am - 5:30am

I cannot follow those steps because when I click the settings icon under the person, the loading page never goes away. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I have tried deleting and recreating the profiles, unassigning and reassigning the devices. It is incredibly frustrating to not be able to schedule downtime in the app as this was one of the main reasons for upgrading to the XFi service.
