Dunkin 10 Dollar Membership Benefit

I missed out on todays Dunkin 10 dollar Reward. I kept getting the error message: A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields') and the screen was blank after the text.

I logged in to the app. and tried 2 computers and 3 different browsers. I tried on Chrome and Firefox and got the same error. I was not able to get any of my diamond member benefits today. I talked to someone at chat and they were not able to help. They said they can't add the reward to my account. I left a 0 score for the chat and got a call from someone just so they could transfer me to a business account department. I don't have a business account. The rep at the business account did not understand my problem. Then they transferred me again and the new rep did not understand my issue. After a while I think they just hung up on me. All I wanted to do was report a system error that was not letting me get my benefits but nobody can understand that or have a way to submit a ticket for me. They can't even add my benefit on request. Very frustrating.

user_16ci6b, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out and for our patience. I completely understand why this was frustrating, especially after trying multiple devices and browsers. The $10 Dunkin’ reward was available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis, and unfortunately, it had sold out before you were able to redeem it. I apologize that the error message you received didn’t make that clear and instead made it appear there was a technical issue preventing you from claiming the reward. At this time, do you have any additional billing concerns or service issues we can help address?

@XfinityGabriel I just uninstalled the xfinity app and installed it again today 10-21-2026 and it's still not working. When I click on any member benefit  it's still giving a white screen with only the text that says "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')".

The same thing happens when I login to xfinity on the browser. Something is broken with the benefits section. Are you able to create a ticket with I.T.? This is an I.T. issue with the benefits page. I'm afraid it won't be fixed by tomorrow when the new benefits drop and I will miss out again. :(

@XfinityGabriel Were you able to submit my issue to the engineer or i.t. team responsible for the benefits page? What is the status? It's not working today which is a week later so I won't be able to redeem my benefits today again which I am entitled to as Diamond Member who has been with Xfinity for many years. If you guys don't fix my issue promptly I am thinking about changing companies. Thank you.

Greetings, @user_16ci6b! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about this Xfinity Membership error. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

It seems like this same issue has been reported by other users over the last few days, and a new engineering ticket was created on Tuesday to investigate. They are still gathering data and examples, but I will flag this thread and provide any updates on the ticket as they become available.

We are still working to resolve the issue, but some users have found success with this workaround:

Open first this link - https://www.xfinity.com/membership#faq

and then search for "Go to my redeemed benefits" and then click there.

Then, it will show you all your previous redeemed benefits.

After that, click on the arrow to your left "Back" on the website and that will take you to your benefits.
