Rodavlas29 Thank you for stopping in for help with accessing your membership benefits. What happens when you access the membership home page and click the view benefits button there?

Rodavlas29 That is odd, that was taken directly from the open page just before being sent over to you. https://www.xfinity.com/membership https://www.xfinity.com/membership. Here, it is not in a link. Are you using your Xfinity home connection, and what browser are you using?

Rodavlas29 Thank you, and outside of the app, if you use the URL provided that is not a hyperlink, does that also get you an error?
Are you at home using your Xfinity home wifi connection?

@XfinityAmandaB: The "https://www.xfinity.com/membership%20" link you posted in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/xfinity-app/error/69ee7a5fd63c554f6e359739?commentId=69f11f7112e48f572cbdad81 has a "%20" space at the end which causes a "404 Not Found" error. The link is broken.
