ESPN not connecting to my XFINITY account

My Xfinity account isn’t connecting to my ESPN. I have it in my Disney package and it still won’t let me live stream.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_764gja! We have a handy article regarding the ESPN app here. 

 

To watch ESPN+ content in the app:

  1. Select an ESPN+ show or event within the ESPN+ tab.
  2. Choose Log in.
  3. Log in with your ESPN+ username and password.


Are you receiving an error message when trying to watch content in the ESPN app using the ESPN + subscription included with your Disney package?
