Ethernet Devices not visible on app

Hello! Was wondering if its possible to speak with an agent, as this is becoming a common issue for me. My ethernet connected devices are not showing via the app and its preventing me from port forwarding.

Do you currently have an Xfinity xFi Gateway rental? What is the IP being received on the computer? Do you have bridge mode enabled or using an additional third-party router within the local network?
