Hello, user_jdnjc0! Congratulations on your new modem! That's awesome! We are happy to help so you can use that! This link has all the instructions to activate the new modem using the Xfinity app. Are you having a hard time getting logged into the Xfinity app or are you not seeing the activation tile for the modem?

Hi. Now I need help. Can you call me [Edited: "Personal Information"]. All of the sudden the modem light is on White and I cannot get it to go green.
