Free peacock premium subscription

I'm suppose to get a free peacock premium subscription as a diamond member. Under my subscriptions it shows peacock included but, no where or way to activate it. It's not listed in my rewards to activate either. How do I activate this free offer? I looked through the forums and didn't find an answer.
