user_qshgua Thank you so much for reaching out for help on how to unpause your device. Pausing a device can be managed in your Xfinity app settings. To unpause a person: Select the person from the Connected to your WiFi section on the WiFi tab.
Select Unpause all devices. You can also select Unpause all devices directly from WiFi. If the person is paused under a downtime schedule, you can choose to wake up all devices directly from the WiFi tab.
If you do not see your device paused on your Wifi options and you are getting that error, I would double-check to make sure you are logged into your own home Xfinity Wifi network and not a neighboring network.
